Asia Society launched the Zhen Fellows Program which provides opportunities for future leaders from China and the United States to deepen their expertise on the important bilateral relationship within the broader context of Asia. They are seeking applications from Chinese young professionals (25–35 years old) to serve in-residence at Asia Society’s offices in New York or Washington for a period of six months.
Ideal candidates have demonstrated leadership abilities and are currently involved in international affairs, nongovernmental organizations, the private sector, universities, think tanks, or journalism/media. Additionally, they should possess a strong interest in global engagement and contributing to a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges for improving Sino-American relations and fostering peace and prosperity in the Asian region.
Fellows will be considered employees of Asia Society, and will be eligible for employment benefits, including health insurance. Visa assistance is provided. Applications are due on July 19th; please visit their site for more info.
